Mesa County Libraries is dedicated to serving all those who live within our many communities. This encompasses individuals and groups of all ages, as well as those with disabilities, extended illnesses, or any other type of condition which makes it physically impossible to enjoy the benefits our library has to offer. Through Homebound Services we have delivered library materials to such community members for over five years. We are proud to bring this service to patrons who are no longer able to bring themselves to a Mesa County Libraries location.

On a biweekly basis the Homebound Van stops at over 30 different locations, including many assisted living and retirement homes. From Palisade to Fruita we deliver fiction and non-fiction books, large print books, books on CD or cassette, Play-a-ways, magazines, and movies on DVD or VHS.
