Getting Your Library Card...
Is easy and free. All we need is
1. Birthdate
2. Driver's License, State ID, Military ID, School ID, or Passport
3. Proof of current Mesa County address from your ID, piece of mail, rent receipt, etc.
Your Library Card ... Entitles you to:
1. Check out up to
40 items at one time. Most items check out for 2 weeks.
2. Renew items for 2 weeks at a time (limit 2 renewals)
3. Choose from 8 convenient Mesa County locations
4. Place holds on Mesa County Libraries' items and most libraries in Western Colorado through Marmot Wide Holds
5. Check out materials from libraries around the country through Interlibrary Loan.
6. Computer and Internet use for 1 hour per day.
7. Access magazine articles, newspapers, study guides, genealogy, and other research databases 24/7 through www.mcpld.org
Please Remember...
1. You are responsible for all items charged to your library account.
2. Fines are assessed at .10 per day after the due date.
3. Fees for lost or damaged materials are based on replacement cost of the material.
4. Library records are strictly confidential and protected by Colorado Library Law.
